Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, with aegis or drapery visible on the left shoulder, rendered in fine provincial style. The portrait displays strong, realistic features characteristic of Trajanic imperial coinage, with the laurel wreath tied at the nape. The Greek legend encircles the effigy along the periphery of the flan, reading partially from lower left through the upper field.
