Obverse description Radiate head of Helios facing three-quarters right, rendered in the fine Hellenistic style characteristic of Rhodian coinage. The solar deity is depicted with flowing, wind-swept hair surmounted by eight prominent rays emanating from the crown of the head. The facial features are naturalistically modeled with a smooth, youthful countenance, a slightly parted mouth, and softly incised eye. No legend or inscription appears in the field.

Reverse description Rose with a budding stem to the left, displayed in the field between the letters Ρ and Ο flanking the bloom on either side, serving as the civic badge of Rhodes. The magistrate's name ΘΡΑΣΥΜΗΔΗΣ appears above in Greek characters. An Isis crown is placed in the lower right field as an auxiliary control symbol. The entire design is contained within a shallow square incuse (plinthophor), a hallmark of the late Rhodian drachm series.
