Obverse description A cow standing to the right with head turned back to the left, suckling a calf positioned beneath her; above the bovine group, the radiate head of Helios appears in the upper field accompanied by the magistrate's name legend. The composition is rendered in a fluid, naturalistic style characteristic of Illyrian coinage of the period. A border of dots encircles the entire design.
