| Reverse description | Central Zoroastrian fire altar with a stepped base and flames rising from the top, flanked by two standing attendants facing inward, each serving as a guardian of the sacred fire. A star and crescent symbol appear in the upper field above the altar, standard celestial emblems of Sasanian royal iconography. The mint mark and regnal year appear in Inscriptional Pahlavi in the fields to the left and right of the attendants. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded inner border and a serrated outer border. |
