| Obverse description | A cow standing to right, head turned back to left to observe a suckling calf crouching beneath her. The animals are rendered in fine relief with naturalistic detail characteristic of Illyrian coinage of this period. The Greek legend ΠAΡAMONOΣ, identifying the magistrate Paramonos, is inscribed in the upper field above the cow. A dotted border runs along the upper rim of the flan. |

| Reverse description | A double stellate or double-lined grid pattern enclosed within a double linear square frame, the interior divided into horizontal registers with alternating rows of lines and pellets, creating a distinctive lozenge-like decorative composition characteristic of Dyrrachion drachms. The abbreviated city ethnic ΔYΡ appears in the upper field, while the genitive form ΦIΛOΔAMOY, denoting the magistrate Philodamos, is distributed around the remaining periphery of the square.
