Obverse description Head of Heracles facing right, wearing the Nemean lion scalp headdress, the lion's gaping maw framing the upper part of the face and the knotted forepaws visible at the neck. The portrait is rendered in the Hellenistic style derived from the Alexander III coinage types, with strong facial modelling and naturalistic detail. A dotted border frames the design at the coin's periphery.

Reverse description Zeus Aetophoros seated left on a throne with beaded back, his upper body nude and lower body draped, extending his right hand to present an eagle with spread wings and holding a long sceptre in his left hand. Beneath the throne a small prancing horse or hippocamp symbol is visible in the left field, serving as a mint control mark. The legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ is arranged vertically in the right field. A further abbreviated inscription appears in the exergue, consistent with the Teos mint attribution.
