| Reverse description | At the centre of the reverse, a double stellate or double-leaf pattern is enclosed within a double linear square frame, creating a bold geometric composition typical of Dyrrachian drachm reverses. The inner field features two symmetrical groups of stylised leaf or arrow-shaped motifs arranged in facing pairs, with pellets between them, evoking a formal, almost heraldic design. The city ethnic ΔΥΡ and the magistrate's name in the genitive ΧΑΙΡΙΛΛΟΥ are distributed around the outer border of the square in Greek letters. The overall reverse design is well-centred on the flan with clear, crisp die work. |
