| Obverse description | A cow standing to the right, suckling a calf positioned beneath her body, rendered in high relief with fine naturalistic detail. The cow is depicted on a plain ground line, with the calf nursing from below in a lively, dynamic composition characteristic of Dyrrachion coinage. Above the central design, the magistrate's name ΑΛΚΑΙΟΣ (Alkaios) is inscribed in Greek letters across the upper field. Below the ground line, a small floral or foliate symbol appears in the lower field. The style reflects the skilled engraving tradition of this Illyrian mint during the Hellenistic period. |

| Reverse description | A double stellate or distaff pattern enclosed within a decorative square frame formed by a double-lined border with pellets at the corners and midpoints, creating a formal, geometric composition.
