Obverse description Janiform conjoined busts rendered in high relief, depicting a diademed female head of Hera facing left and a laureate bearded male head of Zeus facing right, the two effigies sharing a common neck and occupying the full coin field. The modelling is bold and archaic in style, with carefully engraved hair locks rendered in parallel strands visible on both figures. No legend appears on the obverse.
