Reverse description A long-footed cross centered on a quatrefoil, with trefoil or leaf ornaments filling each lobe of the quatrefoil. A counter mark (D33) consisting of a six-spoked wheel, derived from the coat of arms of Osnabrück, has been applied to the coin to certify its validity for local circulation. The reverse field shows typical flat hammered relief with irregular flan edges consistent with hand-struck medieval practice.
