| Obverse description | Bimetallic token with a brass centre plug set within an aluminium ring. The brass centre bears the legend REPUBLICAN above and INTERNAT'L below, with DOLLAR across the middle; radiating between the centre and the outer ring are five raised bars representing silver bars, with four concentric arc lines filling the intermediate zone. The outer aluminium border carries a lengthy promotional legend in relief reading around the full circumference. |
