Reverse description A helmeted head in profile facing right, rendered in high relief against an otherwise plain, unadorned field. The Corinthian-style helmet is depicted with a prominent, finely striated crest sweeping dramatically to the left and detailed cheekpieces. The neck guard is elaborately articulated with beaded and linear ornamentation, and a necklace or torque-like element is visible at the base of the neck. The incuse field surrounding the head bears a slightly granular surface texture characteristic of early hammered coinage, with a partially visible Greek inscription along the lower margin. The style reflects the archaic-to-early-classical artistic tradition prevalent among the tribes of the northern Aegean region.
