Obverse description Epigraphic dirham with multiple lines of Kufic Arabic script filling the central field, arranged in horizontal registers within a double linear border. The inscription contains the Islamic profession of faith (shahada) along with formulaic religious phrases typical of Andalusian Umayyad coinage. A marginal circular legend in Kufic script runs along the inner rim, separated from the central field by a linear circle. The execution is characteristic of the hammered silver dirhams produced during the fitna period of al-Andalus, with somewhat irregular flan edges.

Reverse description Epigraphic reverse displaying multiple horizontal lines of Kufic Arabic script within a double linear border, following the standard Umayyad of Córdoba dirham format. The central field contains the name and titles of the caliph Sulayman along with mint and date formulae in successive registers. A circular marginal legend in Kufic script encircles the field along the inner border. The overall style reflects the transitional character of coinage struck during Sulayman's first reign amid the civil war (fitna), with slightly uneven strike consistent with the period.
