Reverse description Irregularly shaped hammered silver flan displaying a decorative tamgha or ornamental device centrally positioned in the field, rendered in a stylized form typical of late Juchid coinage, with curved and lobed elements radiating from the centre. Surrounding the central device, a multi-line Arabic mint and date legend is arranged in the field, recording the place of issue. The strike is moderately well-centred though the planchet is uneven, with flan cracks visible at the edges. The overall style is consistent with Hajji Tarkhan mint production of the 840s AH.
