Reverse description Central field filled with a multi-line Arabic Kufic legend arranged in horizontal registers, citing the name of a local subordinate ruler alongside the Abbasid caliph's formula, consistent with Seljuq vassal coinage practice. The text is rendered in bold relief against a dark billon field. The flan is irregular and slightly chipped at the edges, as is characteristic of hammered provincial dirhams of this period. A marginal legend in Arabic script is partially legible along the periphery.
