Reverse description The mint name is inscribed in Arabic within a dotted square frame occupying the central field, a layout characteristic of Jochid dirhams struck at Bulghar. The corners and margins between the inner square and the outer beaded border are filled with knotted or interlaced geometric ornaments, creating a decorative interstitial design. The beaded border itself is clearly defined, encircling the entire reverse composition. The script is bold but somewhat crude in execution, consistent with the provincial workshop output of the Bulghar mint during the reign of Möngke Temür.
