Obverse description Central field dominated by a large tamgha or dynastic emblem rendered in bold relief, flanked by Arabic script legends arranged in the surrounding field. The flan is irregular and slightly off-centre, typical of hammered Chagatai coinage of the period. Inscription segments occupy the upper and lateral fields, with decorative pellet or ring elements visible along the upper margin. The die work is characteristic of the Bukhara mint's style under Kebek Khan, with robust deeply-struck letterforms.
