Reverse description The reverse field is fully epigraphic, displaying the sultan's titulature in multiple horizontal lines of Arabic script across the flan. The legend reads 'Al-Sultan Al-A'zam Kaykhusraw' (the Supreme Sultan Kaykhusraw), identifying the issuing ruler Ghiyath al-Din Kaykhusraw II. A small star ornament appears in the upper register. The inscription is contained within a beaded border, and the coin retains the characteristic irregular planchet of Seljuk hammered silver issues. The die engraving is bold and typical of Anatolian Seljuk mint production of the mid-13th century.
