Obverse description Central field contains a bold Arabic inscription arranged in three horizontal lines within a rectangular frame, bearing the Kalima (Islamic declaration of faith). The frame is surmounted by a decorative arch with a beaded border along the upper register, with ornamental wave motifs filling the lunette. Lateral margins flanking the central rectangle display further Arabic legends in the field. The overall composition is characteristic of Ilkhanid hammered silver coinage, with deeply struck angular Kufic-influenced script rendered in high relief.
