| Reverse description | Central field bearing a four-word Arabic pious invocation arranged in three lines in Jawi script, struck in relief on an irregularly shaped flan. The legend reads 'Adama Allah wa 'izzahu bi-mannihi' (May God perpetuate his glory by His grace), a formula common on Southeast Asian Islamic coinage of this period. The script is bold and slightly compressed to fit the flan, with characteristic Southeast Asian Jawi letterforms evident in the rendering. No border, mint mark, or additional ornamental devices are present; the rough flan periphery is visible at the edges. |
