| Reverse description | Flat hammered reverse bearing a multi-line Arabic pious inscription arranged across the field in several registers. The legend invokes the name and titles of the deceased Khan Jani Beg with the customary formula expressing the prolongation of his reign, a practice of posthumous citation common in late Golden Horde coinage. The script is bold and densely packed, occupying the full die area without a surrounding frame or ornamental border. The strike is slightly off-center, and the flan retains the characteristic irregular outline of a hand-cut planchet. The surface shows natural die wear consistent with extensive circulation. |
