Obverse description Central field bears a three-line Arabic honorific and royal inscription arranged within an unbordered square cartouche typical of Golden Horde hammered coinage. The legend reads 'al-Sultan al-Adil / Murid Khan / khallada mulkahu' (The Just Sultan / Murid Khan / may his reign be eternal), struck in a bold, angular Naskh script. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, exhibiting characteristic striking weakness at the periphery. No decorative border or geometric frame is present. The surfaces show typical hammered texture with minor die shift and a small area of cuprite encrustation at the lower left.
