| Obverse description | Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic legend in bold naskh script, reading the royal titulature of Khan Muhammad Uzbek. The inscription is arranged in horizontal lines filling the flan, with characteristic Golden Horde calligraphic style. The lettering is deeply struck and slightly off-centre, consistent with hammered coinage of the period. No border or decorative frame is present, the legend extending nearly to the irregular coin edge. |
