| Reverse description | Central Arabic legend arranged within a square cartouche, the lines of text confined within the four sides of the frame in the characteristic Golden Horde format. The square is surrounded by a decorative border or ornamental band filling the outer field, a common stylistic device on Mokhshi mint issues. The mint name and AH date are recorded within the cartouche in Naskh script. The strike is irregular and slightly weak at the margins, consistent with hammered silver production of the period. The overall design reflects the standard reverse typology of Uzbeg Khan's regional mint output. |
