Obverse description Central field occupied by a bold multi-line Arabic inscription reading the name and title of the issuing khan, rendered in the characteristic large Naskh script typical of Golden Horde coinage. The legend identifies the ruler as Berdi Beg Khan, with the letters filling the entire flan in an informal, expansive manner. The flan is irregular and slightly clipped at the edges, consistent with hammered production. The surface shows natural die wear and a lightly granular fabric characteristic of mid-14th century Jochid silver issues.

Reverse description Central field bearing a prominent multi-line Arabic mint formula in bold Naskh script, divided by a row of raised pellets above and below the central inscription. An outer marginal legend runs along the rim, partially legible due to the irregular flan strike. The mint name Azaq is clearly identified within the field, consistent with Sagdeeva's cataloguing of this issue. The reverse fabric and die style align with standard Golden Horde dirhams struck at the Azaq mint during the reign of Berdi Beg.
