Obverse description Central field features a plain double square frame enclosed within a circular border, containing a multi-line Arabic Kufic-style religious legend. A single word or epithet appears above the upper horizontal bar of the square frame, projecting into the outer margin. A marginal legend in Arabic script encircles the entire design, running along the inner edge of the coin's border. The overall composition is characteristic of Ghurid billon dirhams, with densely packed calligraphic inscriptions filling both the central panel and the surrounding annular legend.
