| Reverse description | Facing female head, rendered in fine Classical style, set within a double beaded border. The subject wears her curly hair adorned with a decorative stephane or wreath, with carefully articulated ringlets framing the face. Lycian letters of the city ethnic TLR-FE are distributed in the field to either side of the bust, identifying the issuing city of Tlos. The reverse field is framed by a prominent raised beaded circular border, a hallmark of Lycian civic coinage of this period. |
