| Obverse description | Bare head of Artemis Parthenos facing left, rendered in archaic Greek style with flowing hair tied at the back and falling in a mass of locks behind the neck. The facial features are boldly modeled, with a pronounced eye and strong profile characteristic of early fourth-century Chersonesian coinage. The neck is visible below the chin, and the hair is detailed with incised striations. The flan is slightly irregular with a granular surface typical of hammered silver small coinage. |
