| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing an Attic helmet adorned with a prominent crest and cheek guards; the facial features are rendered in fine archaic-influenced relief characteristic of Lycian coinage of the early fourth century BC. The neck is draped, and the helmet bowl displays incised decorative detail along the crest ridge. The portrait occupies the full field of the flan with no surrounding legend. |
