| Obverse description | A he-goat advances to the right in profile, its head turned back to the left in a characteristic retrograde pose. The animal is rendered in a bold, archaic style with compact, rounded musculature typical of early Macedonian coinage. Two pellets appear in the field, serving as control marks. The flan is irregular, consistent with early fifth-century BC hammered silver production. |

| Reverse description | A quadripartite incuse square dominates the reverse, divided into four recessed compartments by a raised cross, two of which are more deeply cut than the others, creating an asymmetric appearance characteristic of archaic Greek hammered coinage. The incuse is the product of a punch applied during striking and carries no figurative or epigraphic decoration. The surface shows the natural granularity and oxidation expected of silver coins of this period and fabric. |
