Reverse description A Zoroastrian fire altar at center, depicted as a tiered column with flames rising from the top, flanked by two attendants standing facing inward, each holding a barsom (sacred bundle of twigs) and wearing a sword at the side. A small suspended censer is visible at the base of the altar shaft. Pahlavi legends appear in the fields to either side of the altar. The composition is enclosed within a beaded border.
