| Obverse description | Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic legend in angular Kufic-influenced script, reading the royal titles and name of the ruler. The inscription is contained within a plain inner circle, itself enclosed by a prominent outer border of raised pellets running around the full circumference. The hammered flan exhibits characteristic irregular edges and surface undulation typical of medieval Islamic gold coinage. The script is boldly struck and occupies virtually the entire visible field with no figural imagery, consistent with orthodox Sunni numismatic tradition. |

| Reverse description | Central field bearing a multi-line Arabic religious legend arranged in horizontal registers in angular script, incorporating the Shahada and the names of the first four Rightly Guided Caliphs. The inscription is set within a plain inner circle bordered by a continuous outer ring of raised pellets, a hallmark of Ilkhanid and post-Ilkhanid gold coinage. The Tabriz mint attribution is indicated within the legend. The flan is slightly irregular and broad, with strong die relief, characteristic of hammered gold dinars of this transitional period. |
