Reverse description Central field dominated by a cusped or pointed arch (mihrab-style) cartouche enclosing a three-line Arabic Shahada legend. The cartouche is set within a square frame with projecting lobed corners forming a characteristic Ilkhanid geometric mandorla design. The interstitial spaces between the square frame and the outer circular field contain additional Arabic inscriptions naming the four Rightly Guided Caliphs. An outer beaded border and an intermediate decorative band of geometric ornament complete the composition, consistent with the Jalayirid-period monetary tradition.
