| Reverse description | Christ Pantokrator depicted standing, facing front, in a hieratic Byzantine manner, raising His right hand in blessing and holding the Gospels in His left hand. The figure is rendered in low relief with stylized drapery folds consistent with late medieval Serbian die-cutting conventions. The sacred monogram flanks the figure on either side in the field. The irregular flan edges, typical of hammered coinage, partially truncate the surrounding legend. |
