| Obverse description | Bust of Bahram II facing right, wearing an elaborate Sasanian crown surmounted by a globe and korymbos, adorned with ribbons and a diadem. The king is depicted with a full, carefully rendered beard and curled hair falling to the shoulder, clad in royal robes with visible jewelry.
