| Obverse description | Youthful male head facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with flowing, carefully detailed hair swept back from the forehead and bound with a laureate diadem. The portrait displays strong facial features characteristic of late Classical Euboean coinage, with a well-modelled profile, almond-shaped eye, and subtly parted lips. The flan exhibits the characteristic irregular roundness of hammered silver coinage of this period. |
