| Obverse description | Central field displays a heraldic shield bearing a patriarchal cross (double-barred cross), the arms of the city of Wschowa. The shield is rendered in a simple, bold medieval style characteristic of late 14th- to early 15th-century Polish hammered coinage. The entire design is enclosed within a continuous beaded border running around the coin's periphery. No legend is present on this face. |

| Reverse description | The reverse features the Polish royal eagle displayed, with wings spread and head turned to the right, rendered in a schematic, flat medieval hammered style. The eagle's tail feathers and talons are visible at the lower field. The entire motif is enclosed within a beaded border consistent with the obverse, and no surrounding legend appears. This dynastic eagle type is characteristic of coinage struck under Ladislaus II Jagiellon. |
