Obverse description Central field displays a heraldic shield bearing a patriarchal cross (double-barred cross), the arms of the city of Wschowa. The shield is rendered in a simple, bold medieval style characteristic of late 14th- to early 15th-century Polish hammered coinage. The entire design is enclosed within a continuous beaded border running around the coin's periphery. No legend is present on this face.

Reverse description The reverse features the Polish royal eagle displayed, with wings spread and head turned to the right, rendered in a schematic, flat medieval hammered style. The eagle's tail feathers and talons are visible at the lower field. The entire motif is enclosed within a beaded border consistent with the obverse, and no surrounding legend appears. This dynastic eagle type is characteristic of coinage struck under Ladislaus II Jagiellon.
