Reverse description Two enthroned figures facing one another in a composition characteristic of Bohemian royal deniers of the mid-12th century. The figure on the left, identified as King Vladislaus I, is crowned and seated on a throne, raising his right hand; the figure to the right, likely a queen or ecclesiastical dignitary, is similarly crowned and rendered in schematic Romanesque style. Both figures are enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The legend VLADISLAVS REX surrounds the scene.
