Obverse description Frontal enthroned figure of Duke Vladislaus I depicted in regal attire, wearing a crown and raising one hand in a gesture of authority. The ruler is shown in a hieratic, stylized manner characteristic of Romanesque Bohemian coinage of the 12th century. The figure occupies the central field of the coin, with faint traces of a border legend surrounding the design. The relief is bold and irregular due to the hammered striking technique.

Reverse description Two facing figures shown frontally in the central field, likely representing a royal or ecclesiastical pairing, rendered in the flat, linear Romanesque style typical of Bohemian deniers of the mid-12th century. The figures are depicted side by side with simplified facial features and stylized drapery. Traces of a partial border legend are visible around the periphery of the irregular flan. The design is characteristic of the workshop output attributed to the Prague mint during the reign of Vladislaus I.
