Obverse description Central field depicts two enthroned figures facing one another, each rendered in a stylized Romanesque manner typical of early Bohemian bracteate-influenced deniers. The figures, likely representing a ruler and a bishop or co-regent, are shown seated and facing inward with their robes indicated by incised drapery lines. A cross or sceptre appears between the two figures in the upper field. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with a Latin legend distributed around the outer margin.

Reverse description Central field features a frontal bust of a haloed ecclesiastical or regal figure rendered in a flat, archaic Romanesque style, with the right hand raised in a gesture of benediction and the left hand holding a book or orb. The bust is set within a beaded inner circle. A Latin legend is distributed around the periphery of the coin. The overall design reflects the artistic conventions of early twelfth-century Bohemian coinage.
