| Obverse description | Central field depicts a facing bust of a ruler, rendered in crude but expressive Romanesque style typical of early Bohemian deniers. The figure appears helmeted or crowned, with schematic facial features and visible shoulders suggesting a draped or armored effigy. The bust is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, outside of which scattered symbols and letters are arranged in the surrounding field. The overall composition is characteristic of the primitive die-cutting technique employed at Bohemian mints in the early twelfth century. |

| Additional information |
Svatopluk of Bohemia held the duchy for barely two years before being murdered at the Diet of Quedlinburg in 1107 — then ruled again, or rather his coinage continued under his name through 1109 before his assassination by a Vršovice family member ended his line entirely. The brevity of his reign and the violent political turbulence of the Přemyslid succession disputes kept mint output low. Cach 460 is among the scarcer denier attributions in the Bohemian series precisely because there was so little time to strike them.
