| Reverse description | Frontal enthroned figure, likely a bishop or the ruler in ecclesiastical attire, depicted in a highly stylized Romanesque fashion with the body rendered as a series of beaded rows suggesting vestments or chain mail. The figure raises both arms laterally in an orant-like posture, with simplified hands visible at either side. To the left and right of the figure are cross-pattée symbols flanked by annulets, serving as decorative field ornaments. The outer border features a crenellated or serrated rim with angular letter-like devices forming a partial legend around the circumference. |

Svatopluk ruled Olomouc as a Přemyslid duke before seizing the Bohemian throne in 1107 — a move that ended with his murder the following year at a military assembly near Znojmo. His deniers are among the more systematically catalogued of the Moravian Přemyslid issues, largely due to Cach's work organizing the chaotic regional coinage of the period. Moravian minting at this time was decentralized, with individual appanage duchies operating with considerable monetary independence from Prague.
