| Additional information |
Ladislaus I reunified the fragmented Polish principalities after over a century of dynastic division, and his 1320 coronation at Kraków — the first Polish royal coronation in that city — reestablished it as the capital after Gniezno's long dominance. The Kraków mint's output under his reign was modest by design; chronic silver shortages in Lesser Poland constrained production, and surviving deniers are correspondingly scarce in any condition.
Kop#320 is among the better-documented attributions in Kopicki's corpus for this reign, though die variation within the type is not fully catalogued.
