| Obverse description | Central design features an eight-spoked wheel occupying the inner field, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The legend + LADISCLAVS REX is arranged in the annular space between the inner pearl circle and the outer border, identifying the issuer as King László. The lettering is rendered in a characteristic Romanesque hammered style, with irregular letter spacing consistent with medieval Hungarian coinage of the late 11th century. |
