| Obverse description | Frontal effigy of a seated bishop in pontifical vestments, holding a pastoral staff or crozier in his right hand and raising his left hand in a gesture of benediction. The figure is rendered in the Romanesque style typical of eleventh-century episcopal coinage, with stylized drapery folds and a mitre or ceremonial headdress. The surrounding field shows traces of a partial legend, largely worn and irregular due to the hammered flan. The overall composition reflects the hierarchical iconography characteristic of Ottonian and early Salian ecclesiastical deniers. |

| Reverse description | Three figures depicted in frontal stance, flanking a large central cross surmounted by a crosslet or patriarchal cross. The two lateral figures, rendered in Romanesque style, appear as standing ecclesiastical or saintly personages facing inward toward the cross, each with arms raised or extended in adoration. The composition is symmetrical and enclosed within the irregular hammered flan, with the central cross dominating the field. This type of devotional imagery is consistent with mid-eleventh-century episcopal coinage from the Rhineland region. |
