Obverse description Stylized schematic representation of a church or cathedral facade in the field, depicted with a central nave surmounted by a triangular gabled roof ornamented with a central pellet and flanking finials, above a square body bearing an incuse cross-pommée motif. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded inner border, with partial Latin legend visible in the surrounding field. The architectural rendering is characteristic of Ottonian-Salian coinage from the Mainz archiepiscopal mint.
