| Obverse description | Armored knight in full gallop to the right, seated upon a prancing horse, his right arm raised and brandishing a sword above his head. The equestrian figure is rendered in the bold, schematic style typical of medieval feudal deniers, with the horse's legs extended in a dynamic pose. A pellet border or beaded inner circle frames the central device. The legend, partially visible along the periphery, surrounds the mounted figure. |
