Obverse description Central cross pattée with a pellet at each terminal, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. Letters or monogram elements appear in each of the four angles formed by the cross arms. A circular legend in Latin characters surrounds the inner circle, reading the bishop's name and title. The die work is characteristic of Ottonian-era episcopal coinage, with bold relief lettering on a flat field.

Reverse description A stylized frontal depiction of a church or cathedral façade rendered in the Ottonian architectural convention, featuring a gabled roof surmounted by a cross, columned arcade with arched openings, and multiple horizontal registers suggesting the nave and portal. The structure is flanked by letters of the mint legend distributed around the field. The design reflects the standard episcopal church-type reverse common to Bavarian and Swabian deniers of the early 11th century.
