Obverse description Frontal bust of Archbishop Wilbrand of Käfernburg depicted in full pontifical vestments, wearing a mitre, holding a crozier in his left hand and a patriarchal cross-staff in his right. The effigy is rendered in a stylised Romanesque manner, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. A Gothic Latin legend encircles the design within the outer border, reading around the full circumference of the coin.
