Obverse description Thin silver bracteate struck from a single die, bearing a central crowned facing bust of King Wenceslaus II in high relief against a plain concave field. The royal effigy is rendered in a schematic Romanesque-Gothic transitional style, with a prominent crown adorned with fleurons and flanked by stylised foliate or wing-like ornaments. The facial features are summarily executed, characteristic of the medium-module Bohemian bracteate series. No legend is present, with the design occupying the central portion of the flan within a plain raised border.
